Your temp labor bill is a black box.

SourceNow puts every requisition, worker, agency invoice, and compliance document across every site into one real-time system. And the staffing agencies fund the platform, not you.

No software license, implementation, integration, or support fees. Ever.

The case for change

10 to 25 agencies. Zero visibility.

Most multi-site companies running contingent labor have no system holding it together. The cost of that shows up everywhere.

Running temp labor without a system

  • ×Every agency bills at different rates and invoices on its own schedule
  • ×HR and operations leaders spend hours each week chasing paperwork and reconciling invoices
  • ×No one knows the actual markup on any bill rate
  • ×No way to tell which agency performs and which one does not
  • ×Finance has no real number to put in a budget

One platform, one point of accountability

  • +Every requisition, worker, invoice, and compliance document visible in real time across all locations
  • +Inverted invoicing: the system generates invoices from approved timesheets, eliminating rate creep and invoice disputes
  • +Rate cards with hard caps block over-rate submissions at the system level
  • +Supplier performance tracked by fill rate, time-to-fill, compliance accuracy, and invoice accuracy
  • +A 2 to 3% platform fee retained from agency invoices, so you pay nothing

What you pay: nothing

The platform fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices out of their existing margin. It is not added on top of your bill rates. Bill rates are typically renegotiated downward as part of implementation, so most programs see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year.

Good to know

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.

If the agencies pay for it, will they raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. This is a standard model in contingent workforce management. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for.

Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+

No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. The model scales in both directions.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost. That covers design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware outside standard API development.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. For companies with active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have done it in four weeks for straightforward programs.
